To give every pet the best experience possible, please take a moment to read through our salon policies. These help us maintain a safe, smooth, and stress-free environment for all our furry clients.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
A 50% deposit is required for online booking- deposit is transferrable to another appointment if given adequate notice.
No-shows or late cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the booking cost.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled.

behaviour & Handling

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. If your pet becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or unmanageable, we may stop the groom for their wellbeing.
A handling fee may apply if extra time or staff are needed to complete the service.
Please let us know in advance if your pet has anxieties, behavioural concerns, or bite history - we’ll always do our best to work with them gently and patiently.

Coat condition & matting

Severely matted pets may require a shave-down for their comfort and safety. We will never attempt to brush out severe matting due to the risk of pain, bruising, or skin damage. we value humanity over vanity.
An additional matting fee may apply to cover extra time and equipment wear.
We do not perform full grooming on extremely matted, aggressive, or unfit pets where it would compromise their welfare.

vaccination requirements

Dogs and cats must be up-to-date with their core vaccinations.
Puppies and kittens must be at least 2 weeks post-second vaccination before their first appointment.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of pick-up, We accept cash, EFTPOS, and tap-and-go.

Pricing may vary depending on coat condition, behaviour, and time taken.

Please collect your pet promptly after their groom. A late pick-up fee may apply if pets are not collected within 30 minutes of completion.
