Coat Keeper Package – Terms & Conditions
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Package pricing is based on your pet's size and coat type. If an incorrect package is purchased, Moggies & Mutts Pet Spa reserves the right to charge the difference in price before services commence.
• Following purchase, our team will contact you to arrange your first appointment.
• To ensure package appointments are available within the promotional period, your remaining appointments will be scheduled following your first visit.
• Clients who choose not to pre-book their remaining appointments acknowledge that preferred dates and times may not be available. Moggies & Mutts Pet Spa cannot guarantee appointment availability for unbooked package services.
• All appointments included in the package must be booked at the time of purchase to secure your preferred dates and times.
• Package appointments must be used within the promotional period and cannot be carried over, transferred or exchanged for cash, credit or alternative services.
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed without notice may be forfeited and deducted from the package.
• If a scheduled appointment is forfeited, future appointments within the package will remain unchanged.
• Additional charges may apply if your pet's coat condition requires services beyond those included in the package, including severe matting, extensive de-shedding, behavioural handling requirements or extra time.
• Package pricing is based on maintaining the recommended grooming schedule. Significant gaps between appointments may result in additional charges.
• The package is non-refundable once commenced.
• Moggies & Mutts Pet Spa reserves the right to modify appointment times where necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
